Payment Options
MYHAIR365 processes credit card transactions via SecurePay. We accept the following forms of payment:
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, eCheck, and SecurePay.
SecurePay is accepted worldwide as a secure and fast method to make payments over the internet. We chose SecurePay as our preferred payment interface due to the fact that SecurePay protects both the buyer and the seller from fraudulent transactions.
NOTE: Credit cards are charged upon order placement. If we are unable to fulfill our obligation to ship any order, we will refund the amount charged to the original credit card and notify you immediately.
Changes to Order & Return Policy
All sales are final and changes cannot be made after an order is placed. Since hair is a product for personal use, we cannot accept returns or exchanges to protect the hygiene of our customers. Please review your order carefully before checking out. MYHAIR365 is not responsible for mistakes or errors in your order.
Backorders
If a backorder occurs on your item(s), you will be placed on a priority waitlist. We will promptly ship item(s) upon arrival. In addition we will inform and update by email with the estimated arrival date. If backordered item(s) are not received in a reasonable length of time, we will contact you immediately and offer an option of a full payment refund.
Shipping Information
Contingent on stock availability, orders are shipped within 24 hours of processing Monday-Friday. Once shipped, orders arrive within 1-5 business days for USPS Ground Shipping and 1 business day for USPS Express Shipping. MYHAIR365 uses USPS for all orders, and First Class Mail for shipping samples.
Order Processing
Credit cards are charged upon order placement. If we are unable to fulfill our obligation to ship any order, we will refund the amount charged to the original credit card. Incorrect billing information and/or shipping to an alternate address may cause shipping delays, as information must be verified.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind United States Postal holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.
Fraud & Theft
CREDIT CARD FRAUD AND THEFT OF OUR MERCHANDISE WILL BE PROSECUTED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW
